Dhaba operator Sunil Kumar says that he has hired four skilled chefs to cook the food. Food is available in Dhaba from morning to 10 pm. 100 plates of fish are consumed daily. According to this, sales up to Rs 10,000 are made every day. According to this, a business of up to Rs 3 lakh is done in a month. Sunil says that this area of Kosi has been famous only for fishes, but in the last few years, foreign and farm fishes have also started being sold in the market. Despite this, he feeds local wild fish to the people in his dhaba.
